On 6 July 2007, she received a Certified letter from the publisher dated 27 June 2007 which states: "I am informing you that, as per your request for termination of your contract, that we are discontinuing the publication of your book Stark Raving Sober: a memoir as of this day. ... All rights under the copyright are herewith returned to you." Efforts are underway to partner with a reputable, established publisher. Also exploring transfer to e-book.
